Fielder Square requires a $50 non-refundable application fee, per applicant upon applying, a one time $150 Administrative fee and a $250 Security Deposit, based on credit approval. Please note: Payment of the application fee does not guarantee that your application will be accepted. All monies are non-refundable after 72 hours if applicant decides to cancel.
