Close to everything downtown. Mgmt and maintenance are VERY responsive and helpful. They do a lot to bring neighbors together (free breakfasts in the clubhouse, game-watching in the theater, even a pub crawl w/prizes!!!). I love this place!

I have lived here going on 2 months. Thsee apartments are one of the best I have lived at out of San Diego and Orlando. Close to all of the fun things downtown and many different events within the complex.

Me and my dad moved here recently and we loved it. The amazing view of the auto zone park. We even had a copy of the red birds game to know when to watch the fireworks. Close to downtown, warm and loving culture. This is the place to be.??
